I’m back!
Sandi and I celebrated our 26th anniversary by taking a ten day cruise in the southern and southwestern Caribbean Sea. Have never been there before. We visited five countries including Aruba, Cartegena in Colombia, transited the Panama Canal from the Atlantic to the Pacific side and back again (by bus), Costa Rica and the Grand Cayman Island.
It was a trip of a lifetime!
Eventually, more pictures and movies will be coming. We had five cameras going and shot a lot of stills and video. We saw some world-class sights. We have a lot of photos and movies to go through.
Here are a few photos to tantalize you for what’s yet to come.
Now I’m home and it’s back to work including catching up on this blog.
I tanned majorly in the Caribbean. I hope my tan doesn’t now turn to rust in rainy Oregon!
While on the ship, I began a major research project on the subject of prayer accompanied by long stretches of personal prayer, while I was looking out over the ocean, and during sunrises and sunsets. As the John the Baptist generation, we need to devote ourselves to prayer and repentance like never before to help prepare ourselves and the way for the second coming of Yeshua the Messiah. Do you agree?

On Vacation…See you when I get back
My wife and I will be on vacation for the next couple of weeks out of the country. Will tell you about it when I return.
During this time, we’ll all get a little break, since I won’t be posting anything on this blog except the weekly Torah portion videos, which I’ve preprogrammed to upload. I will also be disabling the comments section while I’m gone, since I won’t be able to monitor them.
This break will give you a chance to catch up on past blog posts by scrolling back and having fun digging for nuggets that will be a personal blessing to you.
Also, check out the Hoshana Rabbah YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/HoshanaRabbah?feature=mhee). I have about 340 videos up there going back for a few years. All this will keep you busy, to be sure!

We have a shadow government—possible Civil War… Pray!

We will win this battle because Elohim is on our side. We will win the battle because Yeshua defeated death, hell and the devil and is now in heaven at Elohim’s right hand, and he is coming again to defeat his enemies. We will win this battle because of prayer, repentance, the preaching of the gospel and the because we lift up Yeshua. No force in hell can stand against this! How Obama is scheming to sabotage Trump’s presidency

When former President Barack Obama said he was “heartened” by anti-Trump protests, he was sending a message of approval to his troops. Troops? Yes, Obama has an army of agitators — numbering more than 30,000 — who will fight his Republican successor at every turn of his historic presidency. And Obama will command them from a bunker less than two miles from the White House.
In what’s shaping up to be a highly unusual post-presidency, Obama isn’t just staying behind in Washington. He’s working behind the scenes to set up what will effectively be a shadow government to not only protect his threatened legacy, but to sabotage the incoming administration and its popular “America First” agenda.
He’s doing it through a network of leftist nonprofits led by Organizing for Action. Normally you’d expect an organization set up to support a politician and his agenda to close up shop after that candidate leaves office, but not Obama’s OFA. Rather, it’s gearing up for battle, with a growing war chest and more than 250 offices across the country.
Since Donald Trump’s election, this little-known but well-funded protesting arm has beefed up staff and ramped up recruitment of young liberal activists, declaring on its website, “We’re not backing down.” Determined to salvage Obama’s legacy,”it’s drawing battle lines on immigration, ObamaCare, race relations and climate change.
Obama is intimately involved in OFA operations and even tweets from the group’s account. In fact, he gave marching orders to OFA foot soldiers following Trump’s upset victory.
“It is fine for everybody to feel stressed, sad, discouraged,” he said in a conference call from the White House. “But get over it.” He demanded they “move forward to protect what we’ve accomplished.”
“Now is the time for some organizing,” he said. “So don’t mope.”
Far from sulking, OFA activists helped organize anti-Trump marches across US cities, some of which turned into riots. After Trump issued a temporary ban on immigration from seven terror-prone Muslim nations, the demonstrators jammed airports, chanting: “No ban, no wall, sanctuary for all!”
Run by old Obama aides and campaign workers, federal tax records show “nonpartisan” OFA marshals 32,525 volunteers nationwide. Registered as a 501(c)(4), it doesn’t have to disclose its donors, but they’ve been generous. OFA has raised more than $40 million in contributions and grants since evolving from Obama’s campaign organization Obama for America in 2013.
OFA, in IRS filings, says it trains young activists to develop “organizing skills.” Armed with Obama’s 2012 campaign database, OFA plans to get out the vote for Democratic candidates it’s grooming to win back Congress and erect a wall of resistance to Trump at the other end of Pennsylvania Avenue.
It will be aided in that effort by the Obama Foundation, run by Obama’s former political director, and the National Democratic Redistricting Committee, launched last month by Obama pal Eric Holder to end what he and Obama call GOP “gerrymandering” of congressional districts.
Obama will be overseeing it all from a shadow White House located within two miles of Trump. It features a mansion, which he’s fortifying with construction of a tall brick perimeter, and a nearby taxpayer-funded office with his own chief of staff and press secretary. Michelle Obama will also open an office there, along with the Obama Foundation.

Critical to the fight is rebuilding the ravaged Democrat Party. Obama hopes to install his former civil-rights chief Tom Perez at the helm of the Democratic National Committee.
Perez is running for the vacant DNC chairmanship, vowing “It’s time to organize and fight . . . We must stand up to protect President Obama’s accomplishments;” while also promising, “We’re going to build the strongest grass-roots organizing force this country has ever seen.”
The 55-year-old Obama is not content to go quietly into the night like other ex-presidents.
“You’re going to see me early next year,” he said after the election, “and we’re going to be in a position where we can start cooking up all kinds of great stuff.”
Added the ex-president: “Point is, I’m still fired up and ready to go.”

A Word of Warning to Christian Prophets, Watchmen and Seers
I have a word of warning for those in the Christian church claiming to be prophets, watchmen and seers who are putting out prophetic words about Donald Trump, the fate of America, the rest of the world, the end times and everything and everyone else. Mark this and mark it well: All the biblical prophets of YHVH Elohim in both the Old and New Testaments including the apostles were Torah-obedient. To believe otherwise is to believe a lie. Period.
Most today who claim to be hearing from Elohim don’t even know what the Torah is, how to define it and, moreover, are often blaspheming (wittingly or unwittingly) the Torah by speaking against it. Yeshua said of the Torah, “Think not that I am come to destroy the Torah-law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the Torah-law, till all be fulfilled” (Matt 5:17–18). Of such prophets and everyone else, Yeshua concluded by saying, “Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least Torah-commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven” (Matt 5:19). According to Yeshua, those who speak against the Torah will be least in his kingdom. Mark these words well, you who claim to be prophetic!
Moreover, most who call themselves prophets and watchman are unaware of the biblical truth that there are eleven levels of a prophet. Most so-called modern prophets are operating at the lowest levels, and may not even hold the office of a prophet despite their claims. Many are simply walking in their own delusions and are being strengthened and affirmed in their delusions by a Babylonian church system that is as equally spiritually errant, blind and ignorant of biblical truth as they are.
Furthermore, most so-called prophets do not know the difference between an apostolic prophet and a church prophet. One who is the latter and is trying to act as the former may actually fall into the category of being a presumptuous prophet (a biblical term), and is, in reality, one who is usurping authority that doesn’t belong to him.
Moreover, not only are most prophets not Torah-obedient as they should be, but they do not recognize the difference between a false prophet and a spiritually blind prophet who prophesies out of the dictates of his own heart, thus making him a carnal prophet (like Balaam).
Before you speak another word in the name of YHVH Elohim (“the LORD God”), you would be advised to understand these truths and become compliant to the whole counsel of YHVH’s word. Until you do, you will bring Elohim’s judgment upon yourselves as presumptuous and carnal prophets.
A Word About President Donald J. Trump and the Spiritual State of America—2/2017

This is what YHVH Elohim has to say about those who are on the right (i.e. conservatives) versus those who are on the left (i.e. leftists, socialists or “progressives”) morally and spiritually.

Donald J. Trump is likely the most controversial and polarizing presidents in recent American history. There are those who love him, those who hate him and those who are undecided and confused. This was the case with Obama, and to some degree with all newly elected presidents, but the vitrol and hatred demonstrated against President Trump by the leftists and the left-leaning establishment media is unparalleled in my lifetime. The hatred against him including calls for his assassination is unprecedented in US history.
For many years—nearly my entire lifetime—the socialistic leftists with little interruption have seen their agendas in the US through rulings, laws and policies from the judicial, legislative and executive branches of our government being implemented one after another. This agenda has been diametrically opposed to the traditional Judeo-Christian values that made our nation great and the envy of the world. This tidal wave of evil likely started in 1962 when prayer in school was banned in New York state. Then in 1973, abortion was legalized and our nation has been sliding downhill morally and spiritually ever since with a steady stream of ungodly and unbiblical laws and agendas being foisted upon the American people.
When Donald Trump was running for president, he was an enigma to many people including me. He was a Democrat turned Republican with no track record of advocating social or morally conservative values. As such, most the Democrats hated him and the many Republicans at best disowned him and at worst despised him as well. On my part, I kept an open mind, while holding my nose. Trump made a lot of conservative-sounding campaign promises, but because of his reputation as a bombastic talker who often speaks rashly in self-exalting hyperbole and half-truths, I didn’t know whether to take him seriously or not.
Now that he is the president, we sit back and watch to see what his track will be, and what his true colors will be. So far, I have been very pleased by what I see. What righteous person couldn’t be overjoyed with the public defunding of abortion providers, the appointment of committed conservative Christians to high governmental positions, protecting our borders from terrorists and the list goes on.
