Bible Truths the Mainstream Church Fails to Teach (Pt 1)

In this video, we bring to your conscious awareness a number of fundamental and important Bible truths that mainstream Christianity largely fails to teach. They include, among others things, a fundamental aspect of the basic gospel message, the false Jew-Gentile paradigmatic view of the New Testament, the truth of the kingdom of Elohim (God) and the Millennium, some things Elohim said NOT TO FORGET, but that the church has forgotten, as well as what Elohim’s chief attribute is (it’s not what you’ve been incorrectly taught!). Part two of this subject will follow shortly with more Bible truths the church conveniently overlooks. So stay tuned…

  1. Another great one to pass on to our brothers and sisters who are ignorant or rebellious. I’m having a video marathon evening trying to catch up, hallelujah!

  2. Thanks for all the effort you put into producing these videos. Natan. Praise Elohim.! and his Truth in His Word.

  3. The King (Yeshua) became a child, then the child became the King! Reminds me of the verse in Matt. 18:13 Except ye become as little children, of course that means us-notice how we’re never called the ADULTS of God (as Brad Scott used to say) so yes, He calls us, He called me healed, He called me saved, Hallelu-YHVH! He orchestrates the call, many are called but few have chosen to respond.
Why do we say “We’re ONLY human? What were we before the fall? More likely what we will be in the resurrection?
As for the pagan traditions (such as cutting down fir trees and decorating them), take look at Isa. 14:8 how the fir trees rejoice because no woodsman comes to cut them down. Or how about 2Cor. 11:4 if they come preaching another gospel-I don’t want to waste another jot or tittle!!
As for that big counterfeiter, hasatan, I was reading in Rev 1:4-8 twice it mentions He Who was and is and is to come-that is YEHOVAH, yet in Rev. 17:8 the beast that was and is not and yet is-is it any wonder there is a counterfeit gospel? satan goes to church!

    • Thank you. Please pray for my family, my marriage and me as I step out there with some very in-your-face, out-on-a-limb John the Baptist warning type messages. The spiritual backlash from the dark side against us can sometimes be intense. We need prayer support. Thank you and everyone else for your loving support.

  4. Thank-you , I had all thumbs up on this. Except the part when you mentioned Jer. 10. We always chew the Christians out for not reading in context. This clearly means, in context, its talking about making an Idol. Cutting a tree down with intentions of making a Idol out of it, using a craftsman, a metalsmith to but real gold or silver on it. (verse 9) They are all the work of skillful men. verse 14- …every metalsmith is put to shame by an IMAGE, for his molded image is falsehood, and there is no breath in them.
There is verses all over OT about making Idols . Isaiah 44:9-20( is like these verses in Jer. ) Those who make an image, all of them are useless….who would form a god or mold an image…the workmen…the blacksmith…fashions it with hammers….the craftman stretches out his rule , he marks one out…makes it like the figure of a man, that it may remain in the house. (what we call a Christmas tree nobody is worshiping it, they throw it out in a couple of weeks in the garbage! Its no different then bringing a handful of roses in the house because we like the color and smell, then when it dies we through it out.) ….He cuts down cedars for himself and takes the cypress and the oak, he secures it for himself among the trees of the forest…..indeed he makes a god and worships it, he makes it a carved image and falls down to it. verse 17…he makes into a god, his carved image…and worships it… verse 19 Shall I fall down before a block of wood?
If we really want to reach out to our Christian brothers and sisters, lets interpet Jer. 10 correctly. Yes, lets get them to think out why are we putting a tree up to celebrate the story of His birth. Let them think it out on there own by that question, tell them it has nothing to do with His birth. So maybe its foolishness to be doing that.
But its not about a tree , its about false gods, Idols, carved images, worshiping them things, That is what I believe the Almighty is talking about.

    • This is not the first time I’ve heard this argument in favor of the Christmas tree. It seems that some folks just can’t give that old thing up and will find every excuse to keep it.

There’s an old saying, if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck and looks like duck, it’s most likely a duck. The same can be said of the Christmas tree and Jeremiah chapter ten. Let me explain.

On the surface, your argument about the Christmas tree seems to have some validity, I will admit. But why defend something that is so blatantly pagan? Do you not know the history of the evergreen tree going all the way back to Egypt as a sex and fertility symbol? I could get more graphic about the male anatomy, but I will not. Why have this in one’s home??? Why should we even go there? Are not the people of Elohim called to abstain from all appearances of evil? Moreover, doesn’t Scripture tell YHVH’s people not to place a tree next to the altar? Yet that’s what churches the world over place in their sanctuaries next to the altar every year at Christmas. And why are we even celebrating Xmas with all of its pagan trappings, connotations, and pagan roots, when Yah has give us his feasts? Furthermore, don’t people bend the knee to the tree when they kneel down to pick up their presents from underneath it? Yes. Most definitely, anything in our lives that becomes more important than obedience to the clear Word of Elohim is, by biblical definition, an idol. That is, anything that we place before or over Elohim is an idol. When people follow pagan traditions and fail to keep the commands of Elohim like the Xmas replacing YHVH’s commanded biblical feasts, make no mistake, this most definitely is a form of idolatry.

Each of us must choose to follow the commands of YHVH Elohim and stop making excuses for why we practice one form or idolatry or another and fail to obey YHVH’s Word. Period, end of discussion. Hard words, but the Truth. Take it or leave it.

      Love and blessings to all.

      • For one, I dont put up a tree anymore. I agree that we should not be putting this up when it has nothing to do with the birth of Yeshua. But If your always using Jer. 10 as a weapon, this makes no sence and Christians won’t listen to anything else a person says. And I agree we should not be putting these celebrations before God’s appointed days! For sure not replacing them with different celebrations!
Let me ask you this. Would you think its alright to put the tree up ,lets say in January as a art project that you do with the family? And not call it a Christmas tree. I am against calling it a Christmas tree because it has nothing to do with Christ. That is the main point. Not Jer. 10 See how this can be thought of in different ways. Its not about the tree! A tree is not pagan. God made the tree, not pagans. I can’t help if someone thinks of it as some symbol thousands of years ago. Thats there problem. I don;t see it as a symbol of evil. Like I said God made the trees. I believe we are not to be putting trees by the altar with the intention of making something out of it. Thats why, The intention to carve something out of it as a Idol. Deu. 16: 21 You shall not plant for yourself any tree AS A WOODEN IMAGE, NEAR THE ALTAR WHICH YOU BUILD FOR YOURSELF TO THE LORD GOD. 22 You shall not set up a sacred PILLAR, which the Lord your God hates.
People put little artfical pine trees in the house as a decoration, like flowers, no different!
Also your putting your own personal thoughts into it about bending at the knee to the tree. Most would think that is unsinceable.( I bend at the toliet to sometimes). And its only an opinion that its a pagan tradition. Most everyone I know is doing it to celebrate the Story of the birth of Yeshua. Yes there are some out there maybe even alot that are just for the pagan traditions , thats there problem. I do God’s Feast days and Im happy for the birth story of Yeshua! Just like the Angels were and the Shepherds ect. So take that or leave it.

      • It’s kind of ironic and even funny that you’re trying to sell me, a man who has dedicated his professional life to the care and preservation of trees as the owner of a tree service for nearly 40 years, on the value of trees. If you want to get to know the other side of me as an ISA Certified Arborist, I invite you to visit my website at

      • where you can also find a link to my my tree service YouTube where I have dozens of tutorial videos on the care of trees.

As to the validity of trees as it pertains to the tree of Jeremiah 10, you can settle that with Elohim. I’m not going to allow myself to get caught up in the knit-picky weeds on this issue. If you want to argue over this issue, you’ll have to do it in the mirror. I stated my position and gave many biblical reasons. We will have to agree to disagree without being disagreeable.

As to talking to Christians about Torah by leading out on attacking Christmas, you are presumptuously wrong in assuming that’s what I do. Some do, but I don’t. That’s a good way to turn people off and shut down the conversation before it’s even started. So I will agree with you on this point. But the topic of my video which you reacted to was not about sharing Torah with Christians. It was simply to identify false teachings and practices in the Christian church. That’s all, and you took it down a different path and then hit me with it, and now you tell me that you’re not even into Christmas trees. Either you’re for it or against it, so, with all due respect, please make up your mind.

Moreover, why anyone Bible believing Truth seeker would even remotely defend the shameful perversion of a something as beautiful, glorious and stately as a tree and its be turned into something the Creator never intended why the pagans and then incorporated into Christianity is beyond me. In fact, as a tree lover, I think it is despicable to cut and kill millions of trees each year, stick the poor thing in a house for a couple of week, then toss it into the dumpster. What a travesty. How can this horrific practice be justified by anyone? And I live right in the middle of the large Christmas tree growing regions in the U.S., if not the world.

Enough said. Love and blessings to everyone reading this. Shalom.

  5. Julie,
Glad you keep Elohim’s festivals etc. and I agree with you that most people wouldn’t bow down in front of the ‘christmas tree’. However, the ‘christmas tree’ has symbolic meaning to the heathens and I can’t understand why you are defending its use so vigorously. Symbolism is important; the Bible is full of it. But do you think that our Holy Creator is pleased if we use pagan symbolism to celebrate the birth of Yeshua?
Do you think he is pleased if we celebrate His birth on the day where pagans celebrate the birth of their gods, like the sun god or the moon god or the Babylonian messiah?
Do you think Elohim is pleased that we celebrate Yeshua’s birth at a time of year when He most definitely was not born then.
Do you think YHVH is pleased that the Catholic church has adopted pagan festivals and just changed the names of the deities to Jesus and Mary, to suck in heathens to become Christians?
Because pagan symbolism is allowed to permeate the christmas festival, many young people don’t even know any more what it is supposedly about; they think its about presents, maybe Santa Clause or just a holiday to get drunk and feast.
Adonai has given us very concrete directions in regard to the worship of Him. Why do people reject this and choose to do it their way? The sons of Aharon got killed for trying to worship Elohim their way.
    Blessings, Sonja

    • Okay, I will concede to a certain degree to the point that bowing down to the Christmas tree to fetch one’s presents may not exactly be the strict biblical definition of idolatry or worship. I get that. However, my use of this is an example of poetic license or hyperbole to make a LARGER point. Evidently my point was too subtle and has been missed by some. To be totally clear, my point is simply this: For most people, Christmas IS NOT about worshipping “Jesus.” Rather, it is about fun, gift giving and receiving, family tradition, food, etc., etc. So when someone claims to be a Christian and follow “Christ” and yet they turn their one holiday that’s supposed to be about HIM and place the focus on oneself and self gratification, this is not about worshipping Him, but about self-worship. Maker no mistake; this is a form of idolatry! When we put ourselves on the throne of our own lives instead of Yeshua the Messiah, this is bowing to the religion of secular humanism or self-worship. Bowing down at the foot of the pagan Christmas tree to pick up YOUR presents is symbolic of the whole affair. ITS ABOUT YOU NOT HIM. If it were really about Him, then why not give presents to the poor and needy or to ministries who are preaching biblical Truth? Now, do I make my point crystal clear?

  6. You all are looking at the bad things about it. Im looking at the good things about it. And I try not to judge others if I think they are putting certain things before God as an Idol. God knows there heart not me. The reason I quit Christmas is because of people like you all thinking it is something terriable wrong. I can’t find in the Bible about some of these things you think are so wrong. Like its some terriable sin. I look in His Word for what to do and not to do. (not studying History books tell Im sick). Christmas was always the most happyist time in my life. But now that I have been doing the Feasts I look more forward to them way more then Christmas. But I see it as a time of the year when people do give the most to the poor ect. People are very giving! And people are nicer and say hello and have a smile on there face. And familys get together from miles around. How can some of this be bad. When I do gifts I gave things that were practical to my family, which are not rich. So they get socks, a new shirt, yes toys to kids ect. I still do the gift giving, (not from Santa of course) It reminds me when the kings gave gifts to Yeshua. Giving to others is giving to Him. December may not be the time when He was born , but if we all think He was born at Feast of Tabernacles then He was conceived in Dec. So it is a celebration that He came to the earth at this time. And I think its neat people all around the world are reading that story on the same day about Him in the Bible. Now could a better day of been picked? yes But pagans don’t own any day they are all YeHoVaH’s days! I don’t give the pagans a day.
Now lots of things about Christmas are clear that is wrong. Lieing to kids about Santa, the magical stuff, the elves, saying its a holiday, no its just a work day like any other day. Only God declares a Holy day. The tree thing , I do see its foolish, but I don’t see it as some huge big sin. I do think it is a strange thing to do to celebrate someones birthday, I can see that. But my main point is lets quit using Jer.10 as saying its a Christmas tree, when that is not true. I am for Truth and I dig for truth in His Word. I read the things that clearly say what to do or not to do. I think alot about Christmas is peoples opinions. And I respect yours, you can respect mine. You pick your storys. One story I have heard about the tree is the way it got started was they were doing a play of Adam and Eve and they used a tree and put apples on it. So then people thought it was pretty and started that for Christmas tree.
But I guess Im not really writing this about me but sticking up for my Christian brothers and sisters. I think we should stick to the Bible, like talk to them about His Feast Days, how important they are. And let them figure out on there own if maybe some things we have been doing might be wrong, or strange, or foolish.
But I do respect all your thoughts about it, and I will keeping searching Truth. Shalom

    • Lots of good thoughts from you feelings, mind and heart, and I don’t fault you for that, but no Scripture to back up anything you said. It’s time for all of us to get back to the the Word of Elohim and follow it, even if it doesn’t agree with our feelings. You might want to think about why this is. BTW, nobody is bashing Christians are judging hearts here. We’re simply pointing out where what they do doesn’t line up with the Word and Truth of Elohim. This isn’t a popular message, as your comments above clearly indicate. Shalom
