Yeshua gave his disciples power and authority over ALL the powers of Satan (Luke 10:19). Moreover, Yeshua has commissioned his followers to confront demons and to cast them out while preaching the gospel (Mark 16:17). Paul says that Christians are spiritual warriors who are in a spiritual battle against satanic strongholds and are to be wrestling with the powers of Satan (Eph 6:12). Sadly, as demonic forces are increasingly emboldened as they are taking over our culture, too many Christians are AWOL (absent without leave) from Yeshua’s army. It’s time to get back into the battle to be a profitable and obedient servant of our Lord and Master, and to experience the power of the resurrected Yeshua in our lives by helping those around us get set free.
