I think this ties in with 1 Corinthians 14, we are instructed to bring something when we gather. I know you talked about writing a psalm in an older video and it applies here. If more believers were to learn how to write a hymn/psalm, there would likely be more home spun worship about his Torah.
What you are saying here I surely recognize. Could it also be that a lot of the authenticity of worship is lost because ‘big’ and widely known worship musicians are still under the pressure of an (possibly even christian or hebraic orientated) record industry that has to sell albums and singles in order to sustain itself and then dives into possible wordly commercial strategies to do so? I mean, sometimes I have listened to worship music that sounds musically absolutely good. Instrumentally everything clicks. The recording has been well mastered and produced, everything is on the external musically sounding correct to the dot. However, somehow something still feels quite missing unfortunately.
How different it is when you can hear a pure heart behind the worship to serve YHVH wholeheartedly and dead to self. I would like to submit it’s rare, but not impossible.
When I became born again, the Father had some really interesting music that He put on my path. I became born again after I encountered Yeshua through the ministry of a young man with a mission to see daily Spirit & Truth worship restored. I checked out his videos and his background, and was really surprised and blessed at the power present in the fullness of Yeshua’s walk shown through his videos. At some point I was wondering what music he had playing under several of his videos (because it sounded unlike anything I had ever heard before) and looked up the artists (Lize Wiid and Sarah Jubilee) on the internet.
It turned out they have described their journey to the music on their website (www.hadassahsong.co.za/tehillah-harvest), which in my eyes can be really valuable and edifying. I have found unfortunately, more often than not, musicians do not always share the journey that God led them through to the music they write. For the people who like to test everything and check out backgrounds, it can so often be pure guesswork when it comes to validity or authenticity of the songs and lyrics due to a missing broader context contained in the story. In this I think we need Him so much to guide us to what He desires for us.
If you would like to check out and test some videos, I highly recommend Rise On Fire Ministries (especially the earliest video’s are noticably filled with Spirit and Truth and a visible practical walk).
Maybe interesting: I have not yet found anyone who has the song that YHVH
Himself wrote and taught Moses in Deuteronomy 32 put to music. I believe it might be one of the most powerful spiritual songs written by the Father to bring us (back) close to Him when we fall short of His glory. As far as I know this is the only place in the Torah where He literally says and desires us to know and sing He is our Father (Deuteronomy 32:6). He considered it important enough to write this statement in a song and have His people memorize it so they can find their way back in the future. Wow. Food for thought.
Here is some names and albums for you to check out. It might bless you as it blessed me. All available on YouTube and Spotify.

Thank you for sharing your insights. The importance of quality, spiritually uplifting music in one’s life cannot be over-estimated, while at the same time the destructive power of dark, degenerate and evil music cannot be over-estimated. My motto that determines the type of music that I listen to is a quote from J.S. Bach, the greatest musician in the last 1000 years, is this: The sole purpose of all music should be nothing but the glory of God and the edification of the spirit.” Any music that falls short of this goal is not music but unedifying noise if not of satanic origins. Amein!
Sing the Word.
Pray the Word.
Teach the Word.

Shalom Nathan,
