Small Glitch…No Internet!

As soon as I made my last blog post about hitting it hard on this blog, my home internet went down due to some equipment malfunction. The repair people then informed us that the earliest they could come out to fix it would be more than a week out. Still waiting.

Maybe Yah is trying to teaching me something.

A forced fast from the internet is not a bad thing. It leaves more time for reading and prayer like we used to do more of in the evenings in the pre-internet world. How about conversations with your spouse and family around the dinner table? Also tend to go to bed a little earlier, also not a bad thing considering that most people are sleep deprived according to recent studies, which contributes greatly to poor health.

Necessity is calling, though. Got up at about 4:45 AM this morning and went to the local Starbucks internet cafe located a couple of blocks from the house to access their internet over a maple latte and blueberry muffin, so I could update this blog and check emails.

Stay tuned…deluge coming!

  1. Ahhh. The “conveniences” of technology! Way to go with the flow though. It’s also important and good to know what He might be saying and/or doing through the adversity of our situations, as well as to make the best of them. And, blueberry muffin…..the perfect choice. Also can be nice to have a change of scene once in a while.

  2. God’s internet is never truly down. IT information technology is not God. Let’s thank Him for down time that becomes UP Time with a different kind of interconnectedness. Blessings to ALL. FJ
