Finally, the wild mustard that grows everywhere as a wild weed around here is highly edible and nutritious. In mild winters, it will bloom all season and continue blooming well into spring. I planted these next to the bright yellow fire hydrant that “adorns” the front of our house. When in bloom, the wild mustard hides this necessary eyesore.
