Let it be known that I, Natan Lawrence, am neither on the side of nor for or against any person, politician, church, denomination, religion political party, politician, ism or ideology whatsoever. Rather, I am on the side of Truth and righteousness as defined by the Bible, the Word of YHVH Elohim.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When a person, organization, political party or any other individual or group of individuals does something that lines up with the Truth of the Bible, then I am an agreement with them. When they don’t, then I am not. Period. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For me, the Bible, not the vicissitudinous tides and currents of social mores and the ever-changing whims and opinions of biblically ignorant individuals or outright God-hating heathens DO NOT determine what is right and wrong, only the divinely revealed Truth of the Bible.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have been a supporter of President Donald Trump in many areas. I voted for him, and I may vote for him again. But in the case of his calling on nations that currently criminalize homosexuality to decriminalize this sin, I cannot support him, since the Bible, the Word of Elohim, criminalizes homosexuality. Period, end of discussion. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remember this: YHVH Elohim and one person make a majority\u2014the rest of the world not withstanding! <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So on this issue,I say, shame on Donald Trump. Please pray that he has a change of mind on this issue. Pray that he will be surrounded not by lukewarm, compromising, sycophantic Christian admirers and so-called “advisors,” who only stroke his already too large ego by saying, “Live long, O king, and prosper,” but who, instead, have the moral fortitude and righteous zeal to call him to account when his actions are opposed to the Word of Elohim.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

NEW YORK \u2014<\/strong> Two U.S. ambassadors hosted an event at the United Nations on Wednesday entitled \u201cDecriminalizing Homosexuality in Solidarity with LGBTQ People.\u201d The United States Mission to the United Nations released a statement<\/a> outlining the event and noting President Trump\u2019s commitment to the effort to legalize homosexuality worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kelly Craft, the U.S. Ambassador to the UN, along with Richard Grenell, the U.S. Ambassador to Germany and an open homosexual, hosted the meeting, during which time they \u2014 and a number of panelists \u2014 discussed the status of their mission to decriminalize homosexuality in at least 69 countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Fox News<\/a>, nations on the list include Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Jamaica, Kenya, Senegal, Cameroon Antigua, Barbuda, Syria and Yemen. The outlet notes that 33 African countries recognized by the U.N. consider homosexual sex acts a crime. Punishments vary from nation to nation, from jail to time to the death penalty.ADVERTISING<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe need to have 69 different plans of action because we are dealing with 69 different countries. It is a long road,\u201d Grenell stated. \u201cThe U.N. should be a place to hold countries accountable.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI want these countries to be called out! I want these countries to feel the pressure! This list should be read here every day,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Others on the panel included Robert Destro, the Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor; Stuart Milk, the executive director of the Harvey Milk Foundation and nephew to Milk; and Johnnie Moore, commissioner for the United States Commission for International Religious Freedom and former senior vice president for communications at Liberty University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe need religious leaders to stand up and say, \u2018This is not only a bad law that needs to be changed, but it is in defiance of the human dignity of an individual,’\u201d Moore said, according to Fox News.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the Center for Family and Human Rights (C-Fam)<\/a>, the ambassadors of Argentina and the Netherlands said that the effort was not enough because it did not include those who identify as transgender. One European diplomat remarked, \u201cWe should not underestimate the fact that it is often religious people that are a rather negative force when it comes to LGBT rights.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As previously reported, in February, NBC News reported<\/a> that Grenell would be leading the effort to decriminalize homosexuality worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It noted that \u201c[t]he U.S. embassy is flying in LGBT activists from across Europe for a strategy dinner to plan to push for decriminalization in places that still outlaw homosexuality \u2014 mostly concentrated in the Middle East, Africa and the Caribbean.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grenell also told Fox News<\/a> in April that Vice President Mike Pence is supportive of the effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI \u2026 want to just point out the fact that the vice president, Mike Pence, is fully on board with my push to decriminalize homosexuality around the world,\u201d he said, as he sought to push back against assertions from Democratic presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg that Pence is \u201canti-gay.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMike Pence is on board with decriminalizing homosexuality around the world,\u201d Grenell repeated. \u201cI think that speaks volumes.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In May, President Trump posted two tweets in recognition of \u201cPride Month,\u201d<\/a> asking Americans to \u201cstand in solidarity\u201d with homosexuals who live in countries where such sexual practices are illegal, as well as for nations to join his administration\u2019s campaign to decriminalize homosexuality worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAs we celebrate LGBT Pride Month and recognize the outstanding contributions LGBT people have made to our great nation, let us also stand in solidarity with the many LGBT people who live in dozens of countries worldwide that punish, imprison, or even execute individuals on the basis of their sexual orientation,\u201d he wrote<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMy administration has launched a global campaign to decriminalize homosexuality and invite all nations to join us in this effort!\u201d Trump urged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Center for Family and Human Rights (C-Fam) further notes<\/a> that last year, \u201cState Department representatives pressured governments to accept \u2018sexual orientation and gender identity\u2019 in international law. Additionally, the U.S. Ambassador to the UN Economic and Social Council made an impassioned plea during the General Assembly for homosexual issues.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The United States is also listed as a member nation of the UN LGBTI Core Group<\/a> alongside Canada, the U.K., Australia, Germany, France and Israel, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In its press release<\/a> on Thursday, the United States Mission to the United Nations noted that Trump mentioned the effort to decriminalize homosexuality worldwide during his speech to the General Assembly in September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAs we defend American values, we affirm the right of all people to live in dignity. For this reason, my administration is working with other nations to stop criminalizing of homosexuality, and we stand in solidarity with LGBTQ people who live in countries that punish, jail, or execute individuals based upon sexual orientation,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As previously reported, The Bible teaches in Genesis 19 that the city of Sodom was full of various wickedness, including homosexuality. It states that as the men of Sodom saw angels enter into Lot\u2019s home, \u201cboth old and young\u201d surrounded the house and called out, \u201cWhere are the men which came in to thee this night? Bring them out unto us, that we may know them.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly,\u201d Lot replied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The angels then \u201csmote the men that were at the door of the house with blindness\u201d so that they could not enter, and advised Lot, \u201c[W]e will destroy this place, because the cry of them is waxen great before the face of the Lord, and the Lord hath sent us to destroy it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
