My bride, Sandi, and I are back from Sukkoting alone in the wilderness of western, central and southern Oregon with each other for the first time in 20 years. Since 1998, we have spent Sukkot with other people—both large and small groups. All but two of those years, we were the event coordinators and spiritual leaders of our ministry’s regional Sukkot gathering. This year, however, YHVH spoke to my heart and told me to come away with my bride into the wilderness to refresh, renew and regroup. So that’s what we did.
I spent my time away from spiritual Babylon rejoicing, resting, walking and praying, taking photos, working on my new book that I hope to have published soon, doing pen and ink drawings of trees, cooking over a campfire, studying a college textbook on botanical biology and otherwise hanging out with and thoroughly enjoying my wife of nearly 29 years, who is my best friend and life partner and the mother of our four children.

What is your book about? I published one this year myself.
My precious husband does not do Sukkot with me, but we live in the wilderness, so we Sukkot all year, I feel. I usually do Sukkot alone, on my screened porch, in the middle of the national forest that we live in (with modern conveniences). This year, my 82 y.o. Friend, Marsha, stayed the first night with me. We enjoyed immensely. We both love the Lord.
Here is a brief outline of my book:
The purpose of this book is, in the mind and heart of the reader, to help reconnect the gospel message as has been traditionally taught by mainstream Christianity since the early church fathers to its Hebraic roots and Torah foundations. We will do this by explaining the seven biblical feasts, the seven stations in the Tabernacle of Moses and the seven phases of the biblical Hebraic wedding, along with understanding the prophetic implications of the teachings of Yeshua the Messiah as recorded in the four Gospels.
Having gained a deeper, more holistic understanding of the Hebraic background and foundations of the gospel message from Genesis to Revelation will use this perspective and template to help us to decode the order of end time events as prophesied in the Bible including the end-time events leading up to the second coming of Yeshua the Messiah and on into his millennial, everlasting kingdom and beyond,
Along the way, we will gain an understanding of who the key players are in end time prophecies the Bible, that is, to whom the prophecies pertain. This involves understanding who the lost sheep of the house of Israel are, which was and is the target group of Yeshua the Messiah and his disciple-evangelists when preaching the gospel of the kingdom of Elohim to the ends of the earth down through the ages.
In the process of learning these biblical truths, the reader will also gain a better understanding of who they are spiritually, how the many of the prophecies of the Bible apply directly to them and what their spiritual destiny is in this present age and in the age to come.
