Joseph, Ephraim, Manasseh & Benjamin in End Times Prophecy

Here are a few of my thoughts on who Joseph, Ephraim, Manasseh and Benjamin represent in end times Bible prophecy.

In studying the Jewish sages of old, I am amazed at how prescient they were about end time events. They gained this understanding often as they studied the lives of notable biblical characters. The sages had the strong sense that history would repeat itself— often again and again for the people of Elohim. This they observed in the cyclical patterns of Israel’s own history where YHVH gave them the truth, they remained faithful to it for a while, and turned from it, were punished and then returned to Elohim only to have the cycle repeat itself again and again.

As I have studied their method of predicting the future based on past events in Israel’s history, this has led me to some of my own speculations, which I present to you below.

Joseph as ruler1

There is much more to learn on this subject and I try to remain teachable.

Joseph, Ephraim and Manasseh Antetypical of Christianity

Joseph’s wife was the daughter of an Egyptian priest. Jospeh married into the religious system of Egypt. He is a picture of Christian church, which has married itself to Babylon by syncretizing itself with certain pagan traditions and belief systems. Joseph is a picture of the end time lukewarm church. Ephraim and Manasseh were products of the union of Joseph (an Israelite) and Potifera (an Egyptian). Though they were Israelite, they were genetically a mixture of both Israelite and Egyptian blood. In fact, they resembled Egypt so much that Jacob, when blessing them, didn’t even recognize who they were. They were strangers to him. Though they were spiritual mulattos, their spiritual destiny was to identify wholly with their Israelite heritage, which would necessitate their renunciation of their Egyptian ties. In the end times, YHVH is calling Christians to renounce the pagan ties they have through their association with the harlot church system and to come completely out of spiritual system of Babylon, which is a mixture of biblical truth with pagan traditions and traditions of men the make of non-effect the word of Elohim.

Benjamin Is Antetypical of the End-Time Bride of Yeshua

Benjamin was the “son of my [Jacob’s] right hand.” He was Jacob’s youngest and most beloved son (after Joseph’s departure). Judah was willing to lay down his life for his youngest brother. Because of the love Judah had for Benjamin, the descendants of both tribes never separated, and the tribe of Benjamin stayed permanently identified with the tribe of Judah. Even Paul, the Jew and an apostle to the Gentiles, was from the tribe of Benjamin.

In the end times, Christians are like Joseph and his two sons. Most Christians take after Manasseh, which means “forgetful” in that they have forgotten the Torah. Those Christians who love Yeshua and keep his (Torah) commandments take after Ephraim, which means “doubly fruitful” in that they have both Yeshua and the Torah. Judah is both a picture of the Jews and of Messiah Yeshua, while Benjamin could also be a picture of the remnant of Torah-keeping believers who have permanently attached themselves to their Hebrew roots, to the Torah, to Yeshua and who have no involvement with the spiritual Babylon.

  1. Interesting! From my research, I believe that someone who will be a descendant of the tribe of Benjamin, the youngest of the tribes (“least of the flock”), will be the “chosen man” to be the prophet like Moses in the spirit and power of Elijah who will deliver Israel back to the Lord from end-time Babylon. He will be born in end-time Babylon for he will fulfill the yet unfulfilled prophecy of Zerubbabel whose name means “Seed of Babylon”. He will be a messenger to prepare the way for the Lord and to build the temple to which the Lord will come to…SUDDENLY…QUICKLY!.

    INTO BABYLON, ZION WENT.
OUT OF BABYLON, ZION SHALL BE DELIVERED.
FOR THIS, A CHILD IS BORN

    Psalm 68:26-27 (NKJV) –
“26 Bless God in the congregations,
The Lord, from the fountain of Israel.
27 There is little Benjamin, their leader,
The princes of Judah and their company,
The princes of Zebulun and the princes of Naphtali.”

    Jeremiah 50:44-45 (NKJV) –
“44 “Behold, he shall come up like a lion from the floodplain of the Jordan
    Against the dwelling place of the strong;
But I will make them suddenly run away from her.
And who is a chosen man that I may appoint over her?
    For who is like Me?
    Who will arraign Me?
    And who is that shepherd
    Who will withstand Me?”
45 Therefore hear the counsel of the LORD that He has taken against Babylon,
And His purposes that He has proposed against the land of the Chaldeans:
    Surely the least of the flock shall draw them out;
Surely He will make their dwelling place desolate with them.”

    Micah 4:10 (NKJV) –
“10 Be in pain, and labor to bring forth, O daughter of Zion, Like a woman in birth pangs. For now you shall go forth from the city, You shall dwell in the field, And to Babylon you shall go. There you shall be delivered; There the LORD will redeem you From the hand of your enemies.”

    Zechariah 2:6-7 (NKJV) –
“6 “Up, up! Flee from the land of the north,” says the LORD; “for I have spread you abroad like the four winds of heaven,” says the LORD. 7 “Up, Zion! Escape, you who dwell with the daughter of Babylon.”

    Zechariah 2:10-13 (NKJV) –
“10 “Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion! For behold, I am coming and I will dwell in your midst,” says the LORD. 11 “Many nations shall be joined to the LORD in that day, and they shall become My people. And I will dwell in your midst. Then you will know that the LORD of hosts has sent Me to you. 12 And the LORD will take possession of Judah as His inheritance in the Holy Land, and will again choose Jerusalem. 13 Be silent, all flesh, before the LORD, for He is aroused from His holy habitation!” ”

    Malachi 3:1 (NKJV) –
    ““Behold, I send My messenger,
And he will prepare the way before Me.
And the Lord, whom you seek,
Will suddenly come to His temple,
Even the Messenger of the covenant,
    In whom you delight.
    Behold, He is coming,”
    Says the LORD of hosts.”

—Notice the verse says the Lord will come “SUDDENLY” to His temple. Suddenly, that is “QUICKLY”. The prophet will say, “Behold, He comes quickly!”. The Lord will confirm this prophet for He says, “Surely, I am coming quickly!”.

    Malachi 4:5-6 (NKJV) –
“5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet
Before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD.
    6 And he will turn
The hearts of the fathers to the children,
And the hearts of the children to their fathers,
Lest I come and strike the earth with a curse.”

    Revelation 22:6-9 (NKJV) –
“6 Then he said to me, “These words are faithful and true.” And the Lord God of the holy prophets sent His angel to show His servants the things which must shortly take place.
7 “Behold, I am coming quickly! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.”
8 Now I, John, saw and heard these things. And when I heard and saw, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel who showed me these things.
9 Then he said to me, “See that you do not do that. For I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren the prophets, and of those who keep the words of this book. Worship God.”

    Acts 3:17-22 (NKJV) –
“17 “Yet now, brethren, I know that you did it in ignorance, as did also your rulers. 18 But those things which God foretold by the mouth of all His prophets, that the Christ would suffer, He has thus fulfilled. 19 Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, 20 and that He may send Jesus Christ, who was preached to you before, 21 whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began. 22 For Moses truly said to the fathers, ‘The LORD your God will raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brethren. Him you shall hear in all things, whatever He says to you.”

—The name of this prophet who comes for restoration and who prepares the way for His return will have a name that has been mentioned before. His mother’s name has been mentioned before too.

    Isaiah 49:1 (NKJV) –
“1 “Listen, O coastlands, to Me,
And take heed, you peoples from afar!
    The LORD has called Me from the womb;
From the matrix of My mother He has made mention of My name.”

    Isaiah 49:6 (NKJV) –
    “Indeed He says,
‘It is too small a thing that You should be My Servant
To raise up the tribes of Jacob,
    And to restore the preserved ones of Israel;
I will also give You as a light to the Gentiles,
That You should be My salvation to the ends of the earth.’”

    Matthew 11:11-15 (NKJV) –
“11 “Assuredly, I say to you, among those born of women there has not risen one greater than John the Baptist; but he who is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he. 12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force. 13 For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John. 14 And if you are willing to receive it, he is Elijah who is to come. 15 He who has ears to hear, let him hear!”

    Matthew 17:11 (NKJV) –
“Jesus answered and said to them, “Indeed, Elijah is coming first and will restore all things.”

    Revelation 10:11 (NKJV) –
“And he said to me, “You must prophesy again about many peoples, nations, tongues, and kings.” ”

    Revelation 11:1 (NKJV) –
“1 Then I was given a reed like a measuring rod. And the angel stood, saying, “Rise and measure the temple of God, the altar, and those who worship there.”

    Zechariah 4:8-10 (NKJV) –
“8 Moreover the word of the LORD came to me, saying:
    9 “The hands of Zerubbabel
    Have laid the foundation of this temple;
His hands shall also finish it.
    Then you will know
That the LORD of hosts has sent Me to you.
10 For who has despised the day of small things?
For these seven rejoice to see
The plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel.
They are the eyes of the LORD,
Which scan to and fro throughout the whole earth.” ”

What is the name of this prophet? HINT: In Zechariah, it is a man named “Zerubbabel” that holds the measuring line for the temple but in Revelation it is a man named “John” who holds the measuring line for the temple.

Remember the name Zerubbabel means “Seed of Babylon” referring to a child conceived and born in Babylon. The name of the child born in Babylon is…John!
Once again, a man named John born of Elizabeth will come in the spirit and power of Elijah to prophesy. (NOTE: Not the same flesh and body of John of old. This will be a John of new. Think double spirit of Elijah.)

    Zechariah 4:6 (NKJV) –
“6 So he answered and said to me:
“This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel:
‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’
    Says the LORD of hosts.”

    Revelation 22:20-21 (NKJV) –
“20 He who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming quickly.”
Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.”

    • I’m a little confused. Are you saying that “the Prophet” of Deut 18:15 isn’t Yeshua, even though both Peter in Acts 3:22 says he is, and Stephen indicates the same thing in his sermon (Acts 7:37 cp. 52)? I understand that the Jews, on occasion, when questioning Yeshua, had some confusion as to whether the prophet to whom Moses prophetically makes reference was one or two different persons. However, that issue seems to have been resolved, at least among the disciples, after the resurrection of Yeshua — i.e., that he was that Prophet.

I do believe the prophecies that speak of an Elijah-type person arising in the end times as a harbinger and precursor to Yeshua’s second coming as per Malachi’s prophecy (Mal 4). I would be curious to hear more about that, since I have no specific revelation on this issue. But I don’t see that the Prophet of Deut 18 as the end time “Elijah” for the reasons given above.

      Your thoughts please.

      • Thank you for replying to my post.

Let us see what Peter said.

        Acts 3:17-26 (NKJV) –
Him you shall hear in all things, whatever He says to you. 23 And it shall be that every soul who will not hear that Prophet shall be utterly destroyed from among the people.’ 24 Yes, and all the prophets, from Samuel and those who follow, as many as have spoken, have also foretold these days. 25 You are sons of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying to Abraham, ‘And in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed.’ 26 To you first, God, having raised up His Servant Jesus, sent Him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from your iniquities.”

Notice in verses 17-19 that there is a fervent cry from Peter for his people to repent so that their sins may be blotted out and times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord. In verses 20-21 he tells us that the Lord Jesus (Joshua/Yeshua/Yeoshua) MUST remain in heaven until the restoration of all things. So He remains at the right hand of the Father waiting for restoration even now. How is this restoration completed? By a prophet? Yes! Moses spoke of just a prophet. So in verses 22-23 we are reminded of the prophetic words from Moses speaking of a prophet like him to come in the future. Did Peter say that the Lord Jesus was “that prophet” or was he saying “that prophet” comes after Him to “restore all things”? Sounds like the latter to me. Who will choose the prophet? Who chose Saul/Paul? The Lord of course. Did the Lord mention anyone who must come to “restore all things”? Most certainly He did!

Matthew 17:11-13 (NKJV) – “11 Jesus answered and said to them, “Indeed, Elijah is coming first and will restore all things. 12 But I say to you that Elijah has come already, and they did not know him but did to him whatever they wished. Likewise the Son of Man is also about to suffer at their hands.” 13 Then the disciples understood that He spoke to them of John the Baptist.”

Notice the Lord speaks in two tenses, a future and a past fulfillment as John was already beheaded at this point. This confuses many of our brethren who think the Elijah prophecy is complete. If I said, “Jesus is coming, but Jesus was here.”, they quickly discern that it speaks of His past coming and His future return. However, they have difficulty discerning what the Lord spoke and that He pointed to a future prophet to come after Him…”to restore all things”. This prophet must prophesy to all Israel so that their branch is restored (grafted back in) to the olive tree. This happens after the fullness of the Gentiles. He will call for their repentance and point to the One who redeemed them and has the scars on His hands. The One that has sent him to them. They must repent or face judgment at His coming.

Let us see what Paul said.

        Romans 11:19-32 (NKJV) –
“19 You will say then, “Branches were broken off that I might be grafted in.” 20 Well said. Because of unbelief they were broken off, and you stand by faith. Do not be haughty, but fear. 21 For if God did not spare the natural branches, He may not spare you either. 22 Therefore consider the goodness and severity of God: on those who fell, severity; but toward you, goodness, if you continue in His goodness. Otherwise you also will be cut off. 23 And they also, if they do not continue in unbelief, will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again. 24 For if you were cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and were grafted contrary to nature into a cultivated olive tree, how much more will these, who are natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree? 25 For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own opinion, that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in. 26 And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written:
“The Deliverer will come out of Zion,
        And He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob;
27 For this is My covenant with them,
When I take away their sins.”
28 Concerning the gospel they are enemies for your sake, but concerning the election they are beloved for the sake of the fathers. 29 For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable. 30 For as you were once disobedient to God, yet have now obtained mercy through their disobedience, 31 even so these also have now been disobedient, that through the mercy shown you they also may obtain mercy. 32 For God has committed them all to disobedience, that He might have mercy on all.”

The prophet’s name must have been mentioned before since he is the “restoration” prophet of Isaiah 49.

        Isaiah 49:1 (NKJV) –
“1 “Listen, O coastlands, to Me,
And take heed, you peoples from afar!
        The LORD has called Me from the womb;
From the matrix of My mother He has made mention of My name.”

        Isaiah 49:6 (NKJV) –
        “Indeed He says,
‘It is too small a thing that You should be My Servant
To raise up the tribes of Jacob,
        And to restore the preserved ones of Israel;
I will also give You as a light to the Gentiles,
That You should be My salvation to the ends of the earth.’”

See! This servant who has been chosen to restore Israel has a name that has been mentioned before. What name could that be?

        Matthew 11:11 (NKJV) –
““Assuredly, I say to you, among those born of women there has not risen one greater than John the Baptist; but he who is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.”

        Luke 1:13-17 (NKJV) –
” 13 But the angel said to him, “Do not be afraid, Zacharias, for your prayer is heard; and your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you shall call his name John. 14 And you will have joy and gladness, and many will rejoice at his birth. 15 For he will be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink. He will also be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother’s womb. 16 And he will turn many of the children of Israel to the Lord their God. 17 He will also go before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah, ‘to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children,’ and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just, to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.”

        Luke 1:76-79 (NKJV) –
        “76 “And you, child, will be called the prophet of the Highest;
For you will go before the face of the Lord to prepare His ways,
77 To give knowledge of salvation to His people
By the remission of their sins,
78 Through the tender mercy of our God,
        With which the Dayspring from on high has visited us;
79 To give light to those who sit in darkness and the shadow of death,
To guide our feet into the way of peace.”

The prophet’s name will once again be John for all prophecies spoken of John must be fulfilled. Remember, John the Baptist denied being the Elijah to come.
So, to disobedient Israel the Lord sends once again a prophet like Moses who will come in the spirit and power of Elijah to deliver many of Israel to the Lord their God. Israel must be ready for His return. Mercy is available though they be disobedient but repent they must or face the judgment of God who is holy, righteous, and just.

        2 Thessalonians 1:3-10 (NKJV) –
“3 We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is fitting, because your faith grows exceedingly, and the love of every one of you all abounds toward each other, 4 so that we ourselves boast of you among the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that you endure, 5 which is manifest evidence of the righteous judgment of God, that you may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you also suffer; 6 since it is a righteous thing with God to repay with tribulation those who trouble you, 7 and to give you who are troubled rest with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels, 8 in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power, 10 when He comes, in that Day, to be glorified in His saints and to be admired among all those who believe, because our testimony among you was believed.”

Understand this! This will not be an easy task for this prophet to prophesy to Israel and the world (peoples, nations, tongues, and kings) at large as one of the two witnesses. He nor his message will not be liked by most and in the end he will be killed. But this must be done for our Lord waits for restoration.

        Luke 1:80 (NKJV) –
“80 So the child grew and became strong in spirit, and was in the deserts till the day of his manifestation to Israel.”

When will this prophet manifest himself to Israel? Looking at and considering the state of this world and the events happening around us, I say soon. Only the Lord knows!

Thank you for giving me a chance to comment on your blog. May God bless and protect you!

      • I will have to disagree respectfully with your view that the Prophet in Acts 3:22 is referring to Paul or someone else other than Yeshua. The flow of the context (vv. 16–22) seems clearly to point to Yeshua being that prophet of Deut 18 and not another person (e.g. Paul). This is the opinion of your NKJV Bible as well, which takes the liberty to capitalize the word Prophet in v.22 — an obvious reference to Yeshua. A quick check of several respected Christian commentaries corroborates this view.In fact, Beale and Carson point out that Peter’s reference to the seed (singular) of Abraham through which all nations would be blessed is an obvious reference to Yeshua, and Paul concurs with this idea and develops this theme in Gal 3:8 and 16–17. Paul doesn’t refer to himself as the seed through whom all nations would be blessed, but rather applies this prophecy to the Messiah.

What’s more, in Acts 3 Peter is speaking to the Jews, not to the Gentiles, when he says “you” on numerous occasions in this passage. True, Peter anticipates the gospel message going to the Gentiles (through people like Paul), but in the “to you first” reference in verse 26, he is speaking about the Jews as those who would be first to receive the gospel message as per Yeshua’s instructions in Acts 1:8.

When Peter speaks of the restoration of all things before the second coming, he may be using hyperbole here, which was a common biblical literary device to emphasize a point. Will we have a new heaven and a new earth along with the New Jerusalem at the second coming, or does that come at the end of the 1000 year long Millennium as the chronology of Revelation seems to indicate? It seems unlikely to me that everything will be totally restored by at Yeshua’s return. However, the regathering of the exiles of the lost sheep of the house of Israel will be certainly finalized around the time of his return. This process began with the coming of Yeshua as he states in Matt 10:6 and 15:24, and was to continue as he commanded in Acts 1:8. Truly, Paul, as the apostle to the Gentiles, played a key role in this process, and it has continued to one degree or another to this day in the preaching of the gospel by the church around the world.

I believe that the restoration of Israel to its kingdom is what Peter is referring to in Acts 3:21 when he refers to the “restoration of all things” (v. 21), since this issue was of paramount importance in the disciples’ minds. After all, it was the last question they asked Yeshua before his ascension in Acts 1. This point isn’t lost by Christian commentators like Keener and Clarke.

Interestingly, Yeshua uses this same terminology in Mark 3:12 where he prophesies that Elijah will come to restore all things. He says that as John the Baptist came in the spirit of Elijah, others will come in the same spirit of Elijah to complete this work in the last days before the second advent. Paul, as the apostle to the Gentiles helped in fulfilling that mission, but he didn’t complete it. He didn’t even live in the last days just before the second coming! Will a single Elijah figure (like John) arise in the last days to help complete this task, or will there be many who will come in the spirit of Elijah to help regather the tribes of Israel? I can’t answer that question. Yeshua indicates it will be a single person, but at this time, there are many who are preaching the regathering of Israel. So it will probably be a combination of factors.

Thank you for the opportunity to discuss this issue with you. I hope those reading this exchange will find it edifying.

    • Enoch and Elijah are The Two Witnesses that return to witness to Israel for 3.5 years and are slain by Satan and lay in the streets for 3 days and 3 nights before GOD calls them to come up here!

Enoch and Elijah are the only two who have not tasted death in the flesh but were translated to Heaven(Raptured) so they will be the two witnesses.

There is also 144000 who will be witnessing to Israel and Jesus and His Bride will be helping in The Great Harvest too.

    • Only Jesus Can Restore ALL Things…!!! as that is what He does when He returns to Earth in His Second Coming but pours out His Wrath First on ALL those who will not accept Him as their Lord and Saviour and who came against His Chosen…As Per The Book of Revelation…!

  2. You have been a gracious host and I appreciate the discussion though we may interpret and discern differently. Let’s face it. I can point to a variety of subjects (rapture, identity of the two witnesses, etc.) and show you disagreement across and within denominations. As long as the focus is on the One who sits at the right hand of the Father.

This will be my last post then I must go. I ask you to pray for me as I have been experiencing what would be called supernatural events. As you know, we are to test the spirits so I ask for your prayers. Can you tell me what it possibly means?

A few years ago the Lord appeared to me in a vision and said “You have eternal life.” and showed me one of His scarred hands. Next He said one word to me…”Arise!”. Arise for what I thought? What did that mean? I didn’t understand why this was happening to me. He later said, “All will be revealed.” When I said to myself that no one would believe me then He said, “Leave that to Me!”. A few months later I saw two hands come out of a thundercloud with five outstretched fingers on the right hand and a finger and a thumb on the left hand thus equaling seven. NOW THAT WAS AN AMAZING SIGHT! Then He revealed the following to me over time.

    1. My birth name is Johnny, a form of the Hebrew name John. This I already knew but thought nothing of it.

    2. My mother’s birth name is Betty, a form of the Hebrew name Elizabeth. This I did not know until one night He kept saying “Elizabeth” to me over and over until I woke up the next morning repeating “Elizabeth” over and over. Then all of a sudden He showed me that link between “Betty” and “Elizabeth”. I went to the internet that night and confirmed it.

    3. I was born on Whirlwind Road in Greeneville, TN 37743. (Check on MapQuest to see I am telling you the truth.) This I did not know either until about 14 months ago when my older sister told me the name of the road. WHIRLWIND???

    4. I was born on 24 December 1967 which happens to be the year that Israel captured Jerusalem and the Temple Mount.

    5. My mother’s maiden name is Malone which is a family name from the Irish “Mael Eòin” meaning a servant or a disciple of Saint John. “Mael” is a French masculine name of Breton origin meaning “chief, prince.”. “Eòin” in the Irish language is the name used for all Biblical figures known as John in English, including John the Baptist and John the Apostle. (Check Wikipedia to see I am telling you the truth.)

    Arise…John…Elizabeth…Whirlwind…Temple…chief prince…Saint John…7 in a thundercloud.

2 Kings 2:11 (NKJV) – “Then it happened, as they continued on and talked, that suddenly a chariot of fire appeared with horses of fire, and separated the two of them; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.”

    Now I must prophesy!

The Seven Thunders spoke, “My patience has died and the children are far away. Time to gather the grapes for the winepress; time is up. I will not tarry much longer!”

    Hebrews 10:36-39 (KJV) –
“35 Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. 36 For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise. 37 For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry. 38 Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. 39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.”

RALLY CRY TO THE CHILDREN OF GOD:
Blow the trumpets across the earth and the nations
Time to rally to your battle stations
Awaken one and all from your slumber and Arise!
Lest you sleep in blindness and meet your demise
Take the worldly scales from your eyes so you can see
    Behold, He comes quickly!
Don your helmet, grab your shield, take hold of your sword
It is time to make way for our Savior, King, and Lord
Mount up on mighty stallions and steeds
And for the Lord do great exploits and deeds
Satan has been cast down by Michael from the heavens on high
He rages like a dragon who likes to murder and lie
Now he runs to and fro the earth to destroy you
O Lucifer knows his time is short! Hallelujah!
Satan and his army will ride about to devour
But we dear children of God have the Lord’s great power
Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might
Pray without ceasing both day and night
The angels of high and the shepherds of low rejoiced at His birth
Soon His footstool will be His enemies and the earth
Now you know our Lord Jesus Christ and His story
Soon He returns on clouds with great power and glory
But certain things must come to pass before His return for us
Have faith and put on your breastplate of righteousness
Shine! Shine! Shine! Let your light shine brightly
A light in the world of darkness for all to see
Let your faith not be a burning ember but let it be a raging fire
Peace, strength, and love for all to aspire
The Lord said, “Behold, I send my messenger, and he will prepare the way before me.”
I am John, and a messenger of the Lord I shall be
For the Lord Jesus came to me to and said “Arise!”
And showed me the scar on His hand before my very eyes
Then an angel in the night proclaimed His glorious return to me
So shall I arise for my Lord and thee
Now raise your voices with heavenly praise for Him to hear
For the day of His glorious return is near
I am John, and a messenger of the Lord I shall be.
    Behold, He comes quickly!

    Are you ready brother Natan?

    God Bless,

    John

P.S. Remember that the religious establishment of Yeshua’s day thought they had prophecy figured out but did not even recognize Yeshua and John as fulfilling prophecy. This had to come to pass for prophecies to be fulfilled to include those yet to be fulfilled. I fear that the religious establishment of today will make the same mistake. After all, “The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.” (Ecclesiastes 1:9 KJV).

    • I forgot one thing. In which tribe’s territory is Jerusalem and the Temple Mount located? Is it not Benjamin’s? There is a reason I gave you my mother’s maiden name above. I had a dream where Jacob was looking at a name in Hebrew. I can not read Hebrew but I knew it was Benjamin. In another dream I was on top of a pile of pure white sand looking at a book and heard a voice say that he/they comes/come through the Malone brothers. Am I descendant of the Benjamin tribe through my Malone relatives? The Lord knows!

Here comes little Benjamin, their leader and chief prince, leading the princes of Israel back to Jerusalem and the Temple of the LORD.

      Psalm 68:24-29 (NKJV) –
“24 They have seen Your procession, O God,
The procession of my God, my King, into the sanctuary.
      25 The singers went before, the players on instruments followed after;
Among them were the maidens playing timbrels.
26 Bless God in the congregations,
The Lord, from the fountain of Israel.
27 There is little Benjamin, their leader,
The princes of Judah and their company,
The princes of Zebulun and the princes of Naphtali.
      28 Your God has commanded your strength;
Strengthen, O God, what You have done for us.
29 Because of Your temple at Jerusalem,
Kings will bring presents to You.””

    • Please clarify. Are you saying that you are like a John the Baptist/Elijah that YHVH has sent/raised up in the last days to help prepare the way for Messiah, or that you are the John the Baptist/Elijah that he has sent?

      • Watch the news for the “chosen man” for he must prophesy to “many peoples, nations, tongues, and kings.” First, Babylon!

As prophesied in Jeremiah 50:44-46, the “chosen man” is a prophet appointed by the Lord who will burst onto the scene just like Elijah did. That is what is meant in Jeremiah 50:44 (NKJV) – ““Behold, he shall come up like a lion from the floodplain of the Jordan Against the dwelling place of the strong; But I will make them suddenly run away from her.
And who is a chosen man that I may appoint over her?… “.

The Apostle Paul was in jail/prison and was a prisoner of the Lord Jesus Christ (read Philemon 1). The Lord purposed for Paul to testify to the Caesar in Rome (read Acts 23). Paul had something unique among the Jews and that was Roman citizenship which allowed him to appeal all the way to the Caesar in Rome. Likewise, the “chosen man” (think Paul; end-time Zerubbabel whose name means “seed of Babylon” referring to a child born in Babylon) will be taken through the American (think Roman Empire; end-time Babylon; daughter of Babylon) court system in order to testify to the President (think Caesar; king of Babylon) in Washington, DC (think Rome). That is what is meant in Jeremiah 50:44 (NKJV) – “…Who will arraign Me?…”.

The “chosen man” will be arrested and brought into the American court system for unspecified charges, but it will start a chain reaction of events. Just like Paul had a unique characteristic (Roman citizenship), so shall this “chosen man” have something unique which the Lord will use to get His message out to the king and the people of this nation. America has done evil in the sight of the Lord, and judgment is coming. However, the LORD God does nothing in secret until He reveals it to His servants the prophets. Onto the scene enters the “chosen man” who will pronounce judgment on this harlot nation and plead for His people to PHYSICALLY flee Babylon from the fierce anger of the LORD and not partake in the judgment on her sins. This is what is meant in Jeremiah 50:45-46 (NKJV) – “45 Therefore hear the counsel of the LORD that He has taken against Babylon, And His purposes that He has proposed against the land of the Chaldeans: Surely the least of the flock shall draw them out; Surely He will make their dwelling place desolate with them. 46 At the noise of the taking of Babylon The earth trembles, And the cry is heard among the nations.”

Many shepherds will come against the “chosen man” for what he prophesies goes against what they have been teaching for many of them teach that America is not in the Bible (Babylon is a codeword!) and that she will not be judged (read Isaiah 47, Jeremiah 50-51,Revelation 17-18). The “chosen man” understands he will be rejected by some. That is what is meant in Jeremiah 50:44 (NKJV) – “…And who is that shepherd Who will withstand Me?”

The “chosen man” is a male child born in end-time Babylon who will fulfill what was prophesied of Zerubbabel in Haggai 2:20-23 for he will be like a signet and given great authority. That is what is meant in Jeremiah 50:44 (NKJV) – “…For who is like Me?…”

He must lead the remnant out of Babylon and take them on a Second and Greater Exodus to Jerusalem for all things must be restored and the children returned to the fathers. He is one of the two witnesses and the prophet like Moses. His brother is the other. Just like Moses and Aaron! That is what is meant in Jeremiah 50:45 (NKJV) – “…Surely the least of the flock shall draw them out…” What did the name Moses mean? Exodus 2:10 (NKJV) – “And the child grew, and she brought him to Pharaoh’s daughter, and he became her son. So she called his name Moses, saying, “Because I drew him out of the water.” ”

Remember the past! How were Moses and Aaron referred to in relation to the LORD? Moses was God’s prophet and Aaron was a prophet to Moses. Exodus 4:16 (NKJV) – “So he shall be your spokesman to the people. And he himself shall be as a mouth for you, and you shall be to him as God.” Exodus 7:1 (NKJV) – “So the LORD said to Moses: “See, I have made you as God to Pharaoh, and Aaron your brother shall be your prophet.” Again, that is what is meant in Jeremiah 50:44 (NKJV) – “…For who is like Me?…” (NOTE: The name Michael in Hebrew means “Who is like God (El)?)

If you have read this far in the comment, then you may be questioning my assertions and interpretations at this point. all I can say is…”WATCH!”

Malachi 3:6 (NKJV) – ““For I am the LORD, I do not change; Therefore you are not consumed, O sons of Jacob.”

Regarding your question above, I am.

Watch, for the time is at hand!

  3. I’m curious what Church/ denomination you belong too? I found your thoughts intriguing, & find you are sincerity seeking truth (as we all should, regardless of what faith we were raised in, what faith we placed out trust in at any given time based upon our personal understandings (which, often times carries many misunderstandings based upon bad theology of another we may have read or heard, propaganda & intentional distortions to full out lies that have been repeated & quoted so often it is held as a factual statement, etc). Even those who place their faith in no God, should always seek truth honestly, sincerely, w/ humility- & many have. C.S. Lewis, G.K. Chesterton, to name but 2 out of so many.

Sadly, this isn’t always the case; actually, it seems that it is becoming less the case. Pride is an epidemic, believing them self to be infallible, they refuse to listen to any historical fact that counters their dogma. You do not seem to be such a person, which is refreshing.

May I ask if you have read the Early Church Fathers, such as St. Ignatius of Antioch, St. Augustine, St. Just Martyr, etc?

    • Thank you for your comments.

I belong to no denomination or organization of men. I have in the past, but not currently. My wife and I started a home fellowship in 1998 and it has grown into a congregation which we pastor with the help of elders. Interestingly, we have been meeting in and renting a Southern Baptist denominational church building since 2001, even though we are totally independent from them. They, however, have a link to our ministry website on their home page.

There are other congregation like ours throughout the nation and around the world. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of getting to know other usually older like-minded leaders with whom I keep in touch, and who act as a sort of quorum of elders from whom I receive counsel.

Yes, I have the writings of the earliest (ante-Nicene) church fathers in my personal library and have read them and quoted from them a lot in my writings and in several videos I have made that can be found on your YouTube channel. Their writings provide the diligent researcher with the smoking gun chronicling how the early church separated itself from its Hebraic, pro-Torah roots.

  4. Interesting. I believe Manasseh Is the United Kingdom and the, younger brother and twice blessed Ephraim, is the United States, the breadbasket of the world. I believe the Torah, like Jesus, died and resurrected in a new form (Gospel of Jesus) which even the former followers of Torah (his disciples) at first did not recognize. And like Joseph, the Messiah, the resurrected Torah, became the leader of the world thru Egyptian-like nations calling themselves Christians. And just like the Moabitess Ruth saved her Jewish Mother in Law by uniting herself with a Hebrew Redeemer, Boaz, so the Gentiles have united themselves to Jesus and subsequently fed and protected Israel.
