Blog Scripture Readings for 7-24 Through 7-30-16

THIS WEEK’S SCRIPTURE READINGS FOR STUDY AND DISCUSSION:

Parashat Pinchas — Numbers 25:10 – 30:1 (29:40)*
Haftarah — Jeremiah 1:1 – 2:3
Prophets — Ezekiel 25:1 – 31:18
Writings — Ezra 2:1 – 8:36
Testimony — 2 Corinthians 6:1 – 11:33

Most of this week’s blog discussion points will be on these passages. If you have general comments or questions on the weekly Scripture readings not addressed in a blog post, here’s a place for you to post those. Just use the “leave a reply” link below.

The full “Read Through The Scriptures In A Year” schedule, broken down by each day, can be found on the right sidebar under “Helpful Links.” There are 4 sections of scripture to read each day. One each from the Torah, the Prophets, the Writings, and from the Testimony of Yeshua. Each week, the Torah and haftarah readings will follow the traditional one-year reading cycle.

*Verse numbers in parenthesis refer to the verse number in Christian English Bibles when they differ from Hebrew Bibles or the Tanakh.

  1. Natan,
Jesus was a strict monotheist and so were/are the Jews and Israelite’s. Jesus never mentioned ‘Trinity’ anything. Neither did the Apostles. The doctrine of the Trinity is actually a Catholic DOGMA and that’s where this false teaching comes from. It is not taught in scripture. The fact that foreign terminology: Trinity’, consubstantial, homosious, coeternal, etc… (foreign from the Bible) is used should be immediatley recognised as Satan doing his thing at base one (deceiving you about the true identity of The Almighty and his Son). You need to get up to speed on this subject. Youtube some videos on Trinity that point out this Satanic deception and ‘nip it in the bud’! If you follow this line and are interested, I have some unreleased teaching on the Godhead.

    Cheers,

    MikeL

    • Yes, I’ve been well aware of what you’re saying for many decades now.

Frankly, I don’t give a rip about men, their theologies or terminologies (like trinity). They mean nothing to me, and I don’t study them. I study only the Bible and attempt to derive truth from that only.

  2. America seems to have a lot in common with rebellious Israel from what I read in this weeks scriptures that you listed. Do you think Father G-d is done with America yet?
